and why it's important

What we measure

Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH)

AMH gives a snapshot of your current fertility potential- how many eggs your body has.

It’s useful if you want to understand where you stand, want to plan better or are considering freezing your eggs.

It also helps doctors understand how your body might respond to fertility medications.

Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)

If your TSH is too high or too low, it can disrupt your cycle, ovulation, and hormone balance, making it harder to get pregnant.

Your thyroid works harder during pregnancy. It's important to make sure it's functioning well before and during pregnancy to support the baby’s development.

Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH)

Higher than normal FSH levels can be a sign that your ovaries are working harder to produce eggs- often meaning a lower egg count.

Along with AMH, FSH helps give a snapshot of how many eggs you have left.

Abnormal FSH levels can point to premature ovarian insufficiency (POI), menopause / perimenopause or ovulation problems.

Testosterone

Elevated testosterone levels can be linked to conditions like PCOS, which may affect ovulation and fertility.

Too much testosterone can disrupt ovulation and periods, which can make it harder to get pregnant.

Luteinizing Hormone (LH)

People with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) often have consistently high LH levels, which can disrupt ovulation.

High or low LH levels can give clues about hormonal imbalances, premature ovarian insufficiency (POI), or other fertility-related conditions.

For people who are....

Who is this test for?

just curious

You don’t need to be trying for a baby to care about your fertility. Maybe you're someone who likes to stay informed, wants to understand what your hormones are up to, or just believes in taking care of your future self.

This test is for women who want to get ahead of potential surprises and make informed choices - no panic, no pressure, just real insight.

trying to conceive

Trying for a baby can be exciting, emotional, and sometimes really confusing.

This test helps you understand your hormone levels, like AMH and FSH, which play a big role in ovulation and egg quantity. Knowing your numbers can help you figure out if everything’s on track or if it’s time to talk to a fertility specialist.

Either way, you’re taking charge and that’s a big deal.

planning better

Not ready for kids right now? No problem.

This test is perfect if you’re thinking ahead and want a clearer picture of your fertility timeline. Whether you're considering egg freezing, planning around your career or relationship, or just want to stay one step ahead, this gives you real data about your body - not guesswork or fear-based pressure.

feeling something is wrong

Maybe your periods are irregular. Maybe you’re feeling hormonal swings that don’t add up. Maybe you’ve been dismissed one too many times with “it’s probably stress.”

If your gut says something’s not right, listen to it. This test can help flag hormone imbalances that might point to conditions like PCOS, early menopause, or thyroid issues - and give you something concrete to bring to your doctor.

Not sure if the test is right for you?

Do our two-minute assessment.

Meet the founder.

We’re a small, passionate team dedicated to helping women understand their health. The company was started from our own savings, driven by a vision to make fertility testing more accessible.

You have questions. We have answers.

When should I do the test?

Our laboratory prescribes that the finger prick is performed on day 6 after the first day of your menstrual cycle (so if Monday is your 1st menstrual day (day 1), then perform the finger prick on Saturday (day 6)).

How long does it take to get my results?

You'll receive your results within 5 days of receiving the sample at the lab.

What will the test tell me?

  • If you have a normal amount of eggs for your age
  • If you are at risk of going into menopause early
  • If you are at risk of PCOS
  • If your thyroid is working well
  • If there are issues with your ovulation

Are the tests accurate?

Yes, they are extremely accurate. We have partnered with a top lab provider that uses state-of-the-art machines to analyse your sample in an ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 certified laboratory.

Upon arrival, your sample is checked for temperature, volume and transit time and all results are reviewed by our clinical chemist.

Can I use it on birth control?

This package is only suitable for women who do not use hormonal contraception (such as the contraceptive pill, an implant, an IUD, etc.).

If you are using hormonal contraception and stop doing so to perform this test, we advise you to do this test after the first full cycle without hormonal contraception.

Does insurance cover the cost?

At the moment we have not partnered with any insurance partners but feel free to check with your provider as the reimbursement may vary on your contract you have with your insurance company.

What's in the report?

For each hormone tested you will receive a clear explanation of the purpose of the specific hormone, your result, whether it’s inside the normal range and what it could potentially mean for you.

The report will show you any hormonal imbalances, potential risks and any potential reproductive and thyroid conditions that you should look into.

Can I ask my doctor for this test?

We wish. Normally it's a lot more difficult to get fertility testing. You have to have been trying to conceive for over a year without success before testing is recommended.

However, a home fertility hormone test offers the flexibility to check your hormone levels whenever you like, even if you’re not actively trying to get pregnant to take proactive steps.

Can I discuss the results with a doctor?

Absolutely. After the test is done you will receive a downloadable PDF lab report which you can take to your GP or OBGYN to discuss next steps.
