Returns and Cancellations
We do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

That said, your experience matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Read on for how we handle issues.

To start a return or report an issue
If you believe your order has a defect or error, please contact us at info@athena-fertility.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

We’ll assess your request and let you know if you're eligible for a replacement. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for how and where to send your item. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first—we won’t be able to process returns that weren’t pre-approved.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, reach out right away at info@athena-fertility.com. We want to fix it quickly and ensure you receive what you ordered.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because of health and safety regulations, most of our products are non-returnable once opened or used. This includes:

  • Personal care or health items
  • Opened fertility tests or kits
  • Any item not in its original, sealed packaging

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If there’s an issue with your product, we’ll assess it and send a replacement if appropriate. You’ll never be charged again for a replacement due to a product fault.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and without a justification. However, this only applies if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
If your return or issue is approved, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it might take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at info@athena-fertility.com.
