    Your Options

Wait a few more years? What about egg freezing? Maybe I've already entered perimenopause?

You probably have lots of questions and we aim to answer at least some of them.

For people who are....

Who is this test for?

just curious

You don’t need to be trying for a baby to care about your fertility. Maybe you're someone who likes to stay informed, wants to understand what your hormones are up to, or just believes in taking care of your future self.

This test is for women who want to get ahead of potential surprises and make informed choices - no panic, no pressure, just real insight.

trying to conceive

Trying for a baby can be exciting, emotional, and sometimes really confusing.

This test helps you understand your hormone levels, like AMH and FSH, which play a big role in ovulation and egg quantity. Knowing your numbers can help you figure out if everything’s on track or if it’s time to talk to a fertility specialist.

Either way, you’re taking charge and that’s a big deal.

planning better

Not ready for kids right now? No problem.

This test is perfect if you’re thinking ahead and want a clearer picture of your fertility timeline. Whether you're considering egg freezing, planning around your career or relationship, or just want to stay one step ahead, this gives you real data about your body - not guesswork or fear-based pressure.

feeling something is wrong

Maybe your periods are irregular. Maybe you’re feeling hormonal swings that don’t add up. Maybe you’ve been dismissed one too many times with “it’s probably stress.”

If your gut says something’s not right, listen to it. This test can help flag hormone imbalances that might point to conditions like PCOS, early menopause, or thyroid issues - and give you something concrete to bring to your doctor.

“Athena was a game-changer for me. It was such a convenient way to quickly check all the important hormones related to my fertility. In the Netherlands, it’s nearly impossible to get these tests done through GPs. Athena made it easy and so much less frustrating.”
